JAIRUS' DAUGHTER MINISTRY

Jairus’ Daughter Ministry recalls the New Testament story in which a father sought Jesus’ help to heal his sick child. In similar ways, our ministry seeks the help of Jesus in our efforts to intercede into the lives of children, youth, and their families bringing health and wholeness. Jairus’ Daughter Ministry provides opportunities to foster health and wholeness through workshops, supporting local, regional, and state programs such as Someplace Safe and the Heartland Girl’s Ranch. We not only offer our continued prayers but commit to educating ourselves and others concerning needs and the ways in which Glenwood United Parish can respond.
